The basic equipment construccióny 8 new hospitals (NNHH) private property, cost about € 840 million, so that the payments made during these five years ( although in late 2011 will only open 4 years), companies have already recovered 92% of the investment. The contracts expire in 2037 (but may be extended another 30 years), so that investment could not be better for shareholders and bad for business taxpayers.

By 2011 we will have paid € 776 million, an amount that could have built 7 of NNHH (Vallecas, Parla, Coslada, San Sebastian de los Reyes, Arganda, Aranjuez and Puerta de Hierro, Majadahonda assumed a 770 million), which would now be completely public schools.
